For security reasons, I don't actually know what your forgotten password was. Instead,
this process will allow you to create a new password for yourself. Unfortunately,
this is a bit more complicated than simply emailing you your old password, but it
guards against Identity Theft.
The process:
- Enter your User Name and email (which must be the email that you registered with
this site) on this page, then press the Submit button.
- Check your emails. You should soon get one from this site (subject: 'Impact - Forgotten Password') with some instructions and a link back to this
site.
- Click on the link (or copy/paste it into a browser address bar).
- This will take you to a "Create a New Password" page on this site where you enter
your NEW password and the answer to the "Security question" you specified
when you originally registered here.
- Enter these details then click the Submit button on the "Create a New Password"
page.
- You will then, at last, be able to log on with your new password.
